Paul grew up in small town West Virginia, where he developed a strong sense of community and justice. He attended the WVU College of Law, laying the foundation for a distinguished legal career.
Paul began his journey as a trial attorney initially defending clients in criminal cases and later serving as a prosecutor. He later served as assistant city attorney for Charleston, WV. However, he discovered his true passion in representing injured victims against deep-pocketed insurance companies that often resist fair compensation.
