The reason I went into law, after a successful career in finance and marketing, was to help people. These days, all it takes is a car accident, an unexpected fall, a trip to the hospital, or the car to break down, and you’re forced to choose which bills you can pay this month and which ones you have to hold off paying until next month. Then the phone calls start from the collection agencies; nonstop at all hours, threatening to sue or worse. Sound familiar?

My goal, and my firm’s goal, is to treat every client as though their case is the most important case we’re working on, because to you, it is. And we understand that. We will always return phone calls, answer your emails, and communicate with you about your case so that you don’t have to wonder. Additionally, as a former prosecutor, I relish being in the courtroom. Therefore, I never have a problem taking any case to trial, if I think that will result in the best outcome for my client. Other attorneys and insurance companies know this. As a result, going to trial is usually not necessary. This saves time and money for my clients and makes the process much smoother.
